Refinery Recipes

Recipes that require more than one input ingredient require a Large Refinery.

Refinery Tricks

  • Never keep Di-hydrogen on hand because Di-hydrogen Jelly is massively more compact and you create more Di-hydrogen than you put into the jelly
  • Never keep Cobalt on hand because Ionised Cobalt is more compact and you can get Cobalt back out of it
  • Never keep Pure Ferrite on hand because Magnetised Ferrite is more compact and you can get Pure Ferrite back out of it
  • 32 Sodium + 16 Carbon + 30 Ferrite Dust can become 10 Uranium
    1. Make Sodium Nitrate out of the Sodium
    2. Make Dioxite out of the Sodium Nitrate and the Carbon
    3. Make Phosphorous out of the Dioxite and some Ferrite Dust
    4. Make Uranium out of the remaining Ferrite Dust and the Phosphorous
  • Only store Rusted Metal in a Storage Container since it can stack up to 1k and only until you can turn it into Ferrite Dust (since Ferrite Dust is more compact and useful)

Direct Products

  • Gravitino Balls at ~12k each
  • 50 Frost Crystal creates Glass at 18k each
  • 200 Cactus Flesh makes Unstable Gel at 80k each
  • 50 Coprite + 400 Gamma Root makes Lubricant at 160k each
  • 100 Cactus Flesh + 200 Star Bulb makes Poly Fibre at 200k each
  • 100 Frost Crystal + 200 Solanium makes Heat Capacitor at 240k each
  • 25 Mordite + 600 Fungal Mould makes Acid at 288k each

Composite Products

  • 1 Lubricant + 5 Glass makes Living Glass at 696k each
  • 1 Acid + 1 Unstable Gel makes Liquid Explosive at ~1.0m each
  • 1 Heat Capacitor + 1 Poly Fibre makes Circuit Board at ~1.2m each

These might be bugs or they might be intentional to give people a way to not have to mine even in the non-creative modes …

  • Create infinite Di-hydrogen: 30 Di-hydrogen → 1 Di-hydrogen Jelly → 50 Di-hydrogen
  • Create infinite Copper: 3 Copper → 1 Copper + 1 Chromatic Metal → 4 Copper
  • Create infinite Cadmium: 2 Cadmium → 1 Cadmium + 1 Chromatic Metal → 4 Cadmium
  • Create infinite Emeril: 3 Emeril → 1 Emeril + 3 Chromatic Metal → 4 Emeril + 2 Chromatic Metal
  • Create infinite Indium: 3 Indium → 1 Indium + 4 Chromatic Metal → 4 Indium + 3 Chromatic Metal

These appear to be genuine bugs. Because if you put anything more than the required initial amount of the first material, the excess gets eaten.

  • Create infinite Cobalt: 50 Ionised Cobalt + 0 anything + 0 anything → 1 TetraCobalt → 150 Ionised Cobalt
  • Create Infinite Magnetised Ferrite: 25 Magnetised Ferrite + 0 anything + 0 anything → 1 Rare Metal Element → 150 Pure Ferrite → 75 Magnetised Ferrite
